Did you miss a delivery?        UPS | FedEx
If you got a dreaded UPS or FedEx InfoNotice, you can have that package forwarded to your local PickupZone Pickup Point. Here's how:

UPS Packages: Ups_infonotice
  1. Call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS.
  2. Provide UPS your InfoNotice number.
  3. Give UPS your personal PickupZone address.
FedEx Package: Fedex_infonotice
  1. Call FedEx Customer Service at 1-800-463-3339.
  2. Provide FedEx your FedEx Tracking number (Door Tag number starts with the letters "DT" followed by 12 numbers).
  3. Give FedEx your personal PickupZone address.
